2. Digital Materials (E-books, Manuals, Workbooks, Exercises)
Due to the nature of digital products, which can be accessed and downloaded immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility is limited. You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- 14-Day Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not downloaded the purchased materials.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or downloading the purchased materials and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
- Significantly Not as Described: If the product content is significantly different from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund.
3. Online Courses
For online courses (when available), the following refund conditions apply:
- 14-Day Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content and our support team is unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
- Digital materials have already been downloaded
- More than 25% of a course has been completed
- The product was purchased during a promotional or discounted period (unless otherwise stated)
- You simply changed your mind after the 14-day period
- Free materials are not subject to refunds

8. Chargebacks
