  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date
  • You have completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have downloaded all or substantially all of the course's downloadable resources
  • The course was purchased during a promotional or discounted period (unless otherwise stated)

6. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to the course will be revoked. Any downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be used or distributed.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and restriction from future purchases.
